Allexa Branham

Allexa is the firms Pre-Litigation Paralegal. She assists our attorneys on their cases and works meticulously to make sure each of her clients are well taken care of. Her desire to become a paralegal came from a place of wanting to help people. Her job is to work closely with the firm’s clients from the very beginning, taking the pressure off you in a case so that you can focus solely on healing and your life. She prides herself in her communication skills, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure her clients are regaining their health and are satisfied with the cases outcome. She helps your lawyer settle the case without litigation.

Within her role at Dyson Law, she handles initial intake, collecting relevant case related information and documents including relevant policy information, collection of medical records and billing all in an effort to build the case, keeping in close contact with the insurance adjusters, sending out your demand letters, and maintains the file while your attorney negotiates the case.

Originally from the mountains of West Virginia, she had lived all over the east coast including Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Carolina until she chose to plant her roots in sunny south Florida in 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys saltwater and freshwater fishing, reading books, oil painting, and playing with her dog.
